If you have orders on hold and want the hold released, you can use EZ Fulfill to release the hold before fulfilling the order by using the Release Orders On Hold configuration option.  This option is disabled by default as some customers may not want orders released even if the order number is found in the uploaded file.

Enabling the Release Orders On Hold On Your Data Feed

To enable this feature click the Release Orders On Hold configuration in the optional configurations section on the Data Feed you're using:

Once you've enabled this feature, any fulfillment orders found on order numbers you provide in your file that are on hold will be released and then fulfilled.

If there is an error when fulfilling an order, EZ fulfill will not put the order back on hold.  Releasing the hold is the first step that happens in the process.

This may slow down your fulfillment slightly as we have to make a second call to Shopify for every fulfillment order that is on hold.
