Can I set up custom rules so only orders that match a certain set of conditions get sent to a Slack channel?

Yes, this feature is available in our Professional Plan!

If you've used Shopify Flow before, this will look very familiar. You can configure rules based on specific events and conditions.

For example, if you'd like to send a notification to a specific Slack channel or user only if an order is over $1,000 and shipping outside of North America, you can set up a rule just like what's shown in the screenshot below:
