To completely revoke EZ Notify's access to your Slack workspace, follow the steps below.

1. Click the name of your workspace at the top right of the Slack app and select Settings & administration > Manage apps.

2. On the Slack website, select EZ Notify by Highview Apps.

3. On the following page, click the Configuration tab and scroll down to the bottom of the page.

4. Click Remove App.
