How do you determine a fulfillment is used against my monthly allotment?

Each subscription plan for EZ Fulfill comes with a fulfillment allotment per 30 days. This means there is a limit to the number of fulfillments you are allowed per month. At the end of each fulfillment cycle, your allotment will be reset.

What is a fulfillment allotment?

A fulfillment allotment is the number of fulfillments (or tracking number updates) you're allowed per 30 days. When you first install EZ Fulfill, we record the date. This date will become the date the number of fulfillments you've used gets reset. Your fulfillments will be reset every 30 days from the date you first installed the app. If you upgrade or downgrade your account, this date will not change. However, the number of allotted fulfillments may change. This way, you don't have to worry about changing your allotments if you need to upgrade.

How do you determine if a fulfillment is used?

Fulfillments are done on an order basis, meaning each order fulfilled per file counts as one fulfillment used. For example, if you have order number #12345 with a single fulfillment, this counts as one fulfillment against your 30-day allotment. If order #123456 has two fulfillments, this also counts as one fulfillment against your monthly allotment. Every order in your CSV file marked fulfilled or partially fulfilled will count as a single allotment.

If you partially fulfill an order using two separate uploads, this will count as two fulfillments. In other words, if you have order #12345 and upload a CSV file on Monday, you will have one fulfillment removed from your 30-day allotment. If, then, on Tuesday, you upload a CSV file and finish the fulfillment for #12345, another fulfillment will be removed from your 30-day allotment.
