Move Fulfillment Location

EZ Fulfill uses the fulfillment order on your order when creating fulfillments.  If the fulfillment orders are not at the correct location or you want to change the location you can do so using the move fulfillment order feature.

When moving orders, EZ Fulfill will send a request to Shopify to try and move the fulfillment order before fulfilling it.  If there is an error in fulfilling the order, your fulfillment orders will still be moved to your new location.

Moving Your Fulfillment Order Location

If you want to move all fulfillment orders to a specific location, you can set up a Default Move Location in your data feed's Move Fulfillment Order section.

When setting the Default Move Location, EZ Fulfill will look at the location of the fulfillment order before creating the fulfillment, and if it doesn't match the location you set as your default, it will be moved.  If the location matches what you selected as your default, EZ Fulfill will continue to try and fulfill your order at that location.

Providing A Move Location In Your File

You can also provide a move location for your file, allowing you to move the location of fulfillment orders by the order (if you're fulfilling by order number) or SKU (if you're fulfilling by SKU and quantity), giving you more flexibility when moving locations or if you're fulfilling from multiple locations and want to change the location of a single fulfillment order.

Adding a blank location in your file will cause the move to fail as EZ Fulfill expects a location to move.  You can move the fulfillment order by the location name or the location id, configurable in your data feed.
