EZ Fulfill allows you to run your fulfillments manually or using a schedule.  When each fulfillment is run a time limit is set on the the running fulfillment to ensure the job/process doesn't run forever or tie up our server resources for an extended period of time. 

This helps cut down on unexpected errors and it helps us keep our servers running efficiently.  We also set a time out on each scheduled task so they do not overlap when processing.  For example, if you're running a fulfillment every hour the job/process running will time out at 60 minutes to ensure the next scheduled job running will not overlap with the previous one.

The majority of the time your fufillment will not time out, however if you're fulfilling a large amount of orders you may hit this time limit.  Below is a list of how long our jobs/processes run before timing out.

• Manual Run - 150 minutes or 2 1/2 hours
• Manual Run of FTP/SFTP, Dropbox Feeds or Amazon S3 - 120 minutes or 2 hours
• Schedule 1 Hour Run - 60 minutes or 1 hour
• Schedule 2 Hour Run - 120 minutes or 2 hours
• Schedule 3 Hour Run - 180 minutes or 3 hours
• Schedule 4 Hour Run - 240 minutes or 4 hours
• Schedule 6 Hour Run - 360 minutes or 6 hours

My Job Timed Out, What Next?

If your fulfillment does timeout, you'll get an error message in the activity log letting you know that your job has timed out.  The message will also let you know how many jobs have been processed.

From here, if you want review the details of the timed out fulfillment you can click the Details action on the Activity Log to get to the Activity Log Details section.  This page gives you details about each row your file.  From here, you'll be able to see any PENDING orders that were not processed because of the time out.

If you want to export your Activity Log Details for rows that were not processed, click on the Export to CSV button on the top right hand side of the Activity Log Details table and select Pending.
