How do I bulk fulfill my Shopify orders from a supplier SFTP feed?

Your supplier might provide you with a fulfillment feed stored on their SFTP server.

You can configure EZ fulfill to pull this file from the SFTP server automatically, fulfill your order, and update the tracking numbers in your Shopify store.

1. In EZ Fulfill, create a Data Feed.  Under Feed Type, select "SFTP (SSH)."  Then enter the SFTP credentials/server info provided by your supplier.

2. In the Field Mapping section, specify the column names.

3. (Optional) Configurat additional configuration options.

There are many different configuration options that you can select that help with your fulfillment workflow; this is not limited to but includes marking an order paid after it's fulfilled, sending customer emails with their tracking numbers, moving your fulfillment location, or filtering your source data.

4. (Optional) If you'd like to schedule the bulk fulfillment to run automatically, you can do so under the Scheduler section.

5. (Optional) If you schedule your bulk fulfillment, we highly recommend you move the file after it's been processed.
