How do I update my Shopify inventory from Google Drive?

You can use a file stored in Google Drive to update the inventory quantity in your Shopify store via a shared link using EZ Inventory.

1. In Google Drive, right-click on the file and select Get shareable link.

2. Ensure that "Link Sharing" is On and the settings is set to Anyone with the link. Normally, this is automatically set for you if you have a regular Google Drive account. If your Google Drive account is part of an organization, you may need to manually set this option as shown below:

3. In EZ Inventory, create a Data Feed. Then under Source Data > Feed Type, select "Web (HTTP/HTTPS)". Set the Format option, and paste the link under "Website URL".

4. In the Field Mapping section, specify the column/field names.

5. (Optional) If you'd like to schedule the inventory update to run automatically, you can do so under the Schedule section.
