There's no limit! You can run a sync on demand or schedule it to run as frequent as every hour.

However, when running a sync on demand, one thing we do check is whether you have multiple sync tasks already running and we ask you to wait for them to finish first before running new ones. Due to Shopify API limits, running multiple sync tasks at the same time could really slow down the processing.
