EZ Inventory can read files stored in Dropbox by using a public shared link.

To create a shared link in Dropbox:

1. Hover over the specific file to share and click the link icon:

 

2. Make sure the permission is set to "Anyone with this link can view"

3. Paste the URL in the Data Feed settings of EZ Inventory.
