For EZ Inventory to be able read your inventory file stored in Google Drive, the file needs to be shared first with the permission set to either "Public on the web" or "Anyone with the link."

Once you set the permission, you just then need to copy the link and paste it in the Data Feed settings of EZ Inventory.

Steps for sharing a Google Drive file:

1. In Google Drive, right-click on the file and select Get shareable link.

 

 

2. Ensure that "Link Sharing" is ON and the settings is set to Anyone with the link. Normally, this is automatically set for you if you have a regular Google Drive account. If your Google Drive account is part of an organization, you may need to manually set this option as shown below:
