I am getting an error that says "There was an error logging into my store". How can I fix this?

If you're getting an error telling you there was "an error logging into your store" this means Shopify can not log you in to your store.

You're most likely getting this error because you're logged into multiple stores in one browser. We've done our best to try and allow you to import your orders while logged into multiple stores, but there are some things we don't have control over. Due to the way Shopify manages their user sessions and the way modern browsers work, we weren't able to fully handle this particular use-case.

In order to continue your import without interrupting the work you're doing in your other stores, we recommend you open an incognito window and log back into Shopify and EZ Importer. From here you can upload your file again and start your import.

We realize this isn't the most elegant solution and we're continuing to work on a permanent fix to this problem. In the mean time, if you have questions or concerns about this particular error feel free to contact us.
