How do I add Shipping Lines to my Import?

When importing your orders you can import the Shipping lines as well. The shipping lines will apply the shipping information to your order. When adding shipping lines EZ Importer requires you add the price field. The title field represents the shipping method. If you do not provide a shipping title, EZ Importer will default it to Custom. For example, if you shipped your item using FedEx you could add a shipping title of FedEx Ground. The price field is what you would expect, it's the amount you paid for shipping.

The first thing you need to do when importing your Shipping Lines is map the shipping lines data you want to capture to the correct Shopify fields. You can do this by clicking the Shipping Lines tab on our data mapper.

Shipping Lines Mapping

At this time there are two other fields you can capture when importing your Shipping Lines. You can capture a shipping code and a shipping source. Both of these fields are NOT required. The shipping code is a reference to your shipping method and the shipping source is the source of your shipping line.

Once you've imported your Shipping lines they'll show up on the Order in the Shopify admin. you'll find them in the Paid section of the Order.

As you can see in the above screenshopt we added a shipping line with a title of Fedex Ground and a price of $5.00.
