EZ Importer allows you to run a maximum of 2 jobs (importing or deleting) at a time. The reason we cap the number of concurrent jobs is due to call limits with the Shopify API. We've found that running more than 2 jobs at a time will begin to slow down the speed of your imports. The Shopify API has a call limit on the number of API calls that can be made per store. EZ Importer has logic to ensure we never make more than 2 calls per second ensuring we do not hit the Shopify API call limit.

The majority of customers will not run into this issue but if you have a large order that you would like to split into smaller groups, you may hit this limit. If you do run into this limit you may run your additional jobs once one of the two running jobs complete. You can still upload your csv files to effectively "queue" the imports.
