I Imported Orders but Don't See Them in My Shopify Store

Sometimes finding your imported orders in the Shopify admin can be tricky.  For example, you may have imported historical orders, or your orders may be archived after they've been imported.  This means the orders may not show up on the first page of your Shopify orders page.  We typically recommend two ways to display your imported orders if you can't find them in your Shopify admin.

Finding A Single Order

If you're looking for a specific order that you've imported, you can use the EZ Importer import page.  Go to the Imported orders page from the EZ Importer dashboard and click on your import.  From here, find the order you're looking for and click on the order number link to open the order in your Shopify admin.

View All Imported Orders In My Shopify Admin

If you want to view all the orders you've imported with EZ Importer in your Shopify admin, you can do so by using a filter.  When you import orders, Shopify associates EZ Importer as the source of the order creation.  This will allow you to set up a filter in your Shopify admin to display all orders imported by EZ Importer.

You can click a button on the Imported Order page that will link you to the filter in your Shopify admin.

If you want to view and set up the filter yourself in your Shopify admin, you can do so using the instructions below.

First, click the filter button on the Orders page in your Shopify admin.

This will bring up a search box and an Add filter button.  When you click the Add filter button, a dropdown menu will be displayed; click the App option.  Select EZ Importer from the list.  This will show all orders you've imported from EZ Importer.

You can also save this filter in case you're doing imports regularly.
