I've Imported an Order with a Phone Number but It's Not Displayed in My Shopify Store
If you've imported an order with the merchant's phone number but it's not showing, you should first look at your Customer contact method section of your Shopify Checkout.
Phone numbers will not appear when the Customer contact method is set to Email only. This setting is located in Settings > Checkout.
If you want your customer's phone number displayed, set the Customer contact method to Phone number or Email.
