I successfully imported an order but can't find it in my Shopify store. How can I find it?

If EZ Importer has successfully imported your order and the order has an order number, you know it was added to your store. There are instances where the order can be hard to find. This is usually for a few reasons:

  1. If you import an order with a processed_at date, the order may not be on the first page in the Shopify Order admin. You can usually find the order by searching for the order number.
  2. Some merchants may have filters set on their Order page in the Shopify admin. If this is the case, your order will not show up in your Shopify admin.
  3. You may have your Shopify store setup to archive fulfilled orders. In some cases, the archived orders do not show up in the order section of the Shopify admin.

In order to make it easy for you to find your orders, we've added a link to the order from the View Import Page in EZ Importer. After your import has completed, click on the View button or the import name from the EZ Importer home page/dashboard. This will being you to the View Import page. If you scroll down to the bottom of the page you'll see a section called Imported Data (First 100 orders). This section lists the first 100 orders that were imported.
