Can I Update My Order After It's Been Imported?
Unfortunately, for regular orders, you cannot update them after they've been imported. You can change their fulfillment status (if it's pending) or mark them paid, but you can't use the edit button in the Shopify admin or make changes to the line items, etc.
In many cases, merchants who want to update their orders after import are actually looking for Draft Orders, which we do support. Draft Orders provide a flexible way to create and manage orders before they're finalized. If you're looking to import Draft Orders, you can read our documentation on them here.
If you're looking to update your orders because you made a mistake when making the import, you can delete the order and re-import it. When deleting orders, EZ Importer will add the credit used back to your credit bank, so you don't have to worry about buying more credits to fix your imports. If you need to delete your orders, you can read our documentation here. If you made a mistake importing a single import, you can delete just that order as well. If you need to delete a single order or a selection of orders from an import, you can read our documentation on how to do that here.
