In the Export Profile settings, when using "Email" as the export destination, you can use date and time variables in the Subject and Message fields.

The email recipient will then see something like this:

This could come in handy if you don't want your email client to group emails with identical subjects together (such as the case with Gmail).

The syntax is the same as those in the filename variables and supports advanced formatting.  Please see this guide for more examples.
