EZ Exporter only stores your Shopify account information (such as your contact info) in our database.

We do not store data such as your order and customer data in our database. When you run an export, we always pull the data live from the Shopify API to generate the CSV export. We do keep a backup of the CSV files securely for 90 days on Amazon S3 (files are automatically deleted after 90 days permanently, we use encryption both in transit and at rest).

These backups are used to help us troubleshoot issues/provide customer support.  It's also part of a feature of our app that allows our users to re-download previously exported files within our app. These files only contain the data the user had selected when the export ran.
