How can I append new Shopify orders to Google Sheets?

EZ Exporter has a direct Google Sheets integration where you can push new orders directly to an existing Google Sheets spreadsheet.

1. Create a new Data Settings and set Filters > Created to "Since Last Successful Run".

Note that the initial run will include everything, so you might want to initially set it to "Today", run the Export Profille, and then change it back to "Since Last Successful Run".

2. Connect your Google account.

3. Create an Export Profile and assign the Data Settings to it.

  1. Under Destination > Type, select "Google Sheets".
  2. For Google Sheets Account, select the Google account you've connected.
  3. For Spreadsheet ID or URL, paste your existing Google Sheets spreadsheet URL.
  4. For Action, set this to "Append data to existing sheet".
  5. For Sheet name, enter the sheet/tab name to push the data to.

4. (Optional) Uncheck the option "Include header row" under File Options.  This way, the header row doesn't get added on every push to Google Sheets.

5. (Optional) Schedule the export to run automatically.  You can set the scheduler to run as frequently as Every 15 Minutes.
