EZ Exporter has a starter template for a ShopperTrak POS Transaction File you can use to help you get started with this.  It's already configured to map the most likely fields you'll need, but you may need to customize it further based on your store's specific requirements.

On the "Templates" page, click the "Platforms and Marketplaces" tab and simply use the template called "ShopperTrak POS Transaction File".
