When exporting Shopify orders with EZ Exporter, you can add the filter below under the Custom Filters section of the Data Settings to exclude individual line items where at least one associated fulfillment order's status is set to "On Hold":

• Lineitem Fulfillment Orders Status does not contain on_hold

Note here that it's possible for a line item to have multiple fulfillment orders, so we want to use the "does not contain" operator instead of "is not equal to".  An example of this is when you use the "Split fulfillment" option in the Shopify Admin to create a separate fulfillment for a portion of the quanity of the same line item so you can assign a different fulfillment location to it or hold that fulfillment.
