In EZ Exporter, you can create a "Product" export and add the following filters under the Custom Filters section of the Data Settings to export the products that aren't part of any collection:

Data must match: all conditions

• Smart Collections - IDs is blank
• Custom Collecitons - IDs is blank

Please note that the export could take a long time to complete if you have many products as pulling the collection data requires an additional API call per product per collection type.

On the "Templates" page, there's also a template called "Products Not Part of Any Collection" you can use that already has these filters set and can be customized further.
