I'm getting a Google Drive/Sheets "Authentication Error" in EZ Exporter. How do I fix this?

This error might occur if:

  1. You've revoked EZ Exporter's access in Google Drive.
  2. You've linked the same Google account to multiple stores in EZ Exporter (you'll need to use a different Google account for each store to avoid this error as we can only request one "permanent" access token per account, an alternative is to use Dropbox which doesn't have this limitation).

You can try the following to re-authorize EZ Exporter with your Google Drive account:

1. Log in to your Google Drive account, then go to Settings -> Manage Apps. Look for EZ Exporter and in the Options dropdown, select Disconnect from Drive.

2. Go back to EZ Exporter -> Integrations -> Google Drive/Sheets and click the "Connect Google Account" button to-reconnect your Google account. This will cause Google to prompt the user to re-authorize our app and should fix the issue.
