I'm getting a Google Drive/Sheets "Authentication Error" in EZ Exporter. How do I fix this?
This error will typically occurr if you've deleted/disconnected EZ Exporter from your Google account.
You can try re-connecting your Google account by simply going to Integrations > Google Drive/Google Sheets and click the "Connect Google Account" button in EZ Exporter to request a new API token.
If the issue persists and you keep getting the error, you can try the following to re-authorize EZ Exporter with your Google account:
1. Log in to your Google Drive account, then go to Settings -> Manage Apps. Look for EZ Exporter and in the Options dropdown, select Disconnect from Drive.
2. Go back to EZ Exporter > Integrations > Google Drive/Sheets and click the "Connect Google Account" button to reconnect your Google account. This will cause Google to prompt the user to re-authorize our app and should fix the issue.
Important Note: If you linked the same Google account to multiple Shopify stores, make sure to only perform the disconnect step once, but reconnect it on each store.
