Why is the Lineitem SKU in the Shopify order data not updating when I export my orders?

Please note that order data is historical in nature.

This means that if you change a variant's SKU, it only gets applied to new orders and won't automatically be applied to older orders.

Because of this, I'm afraid there is no option to update the Line Item SKU of past orders.
