Yes! You can export the fulfillment date at the line item level from them Shopify order with EZ Exporter.

Simply select the field called line_items.last_successful_fulfillment.created_at (Lineitem Last Successful Fulfillment Date) to do so.

This field is also available in the Custom Filters so you can filter the data to only export those line items fulfilled at a certain date or date range.
