EZ Exporter does indeed support implicit TLS connection only on port 990.

When the "Use TLS" option is checked in the Export Profile and the host port is set to port 990, EZ Exporter will automatically use implicit TLS when initiating FTP connections. 

If the port is not set to 990, then EZ Exporter will use explicit TLS.
