Yes, you can!

In addition to Order Metafields, you can also include both Product Metafields and Product Variant Metafields as part of your Shopify order CSV/Excel export.

Each line item in the order will be exported as a separate row and the product/variant metafields associated with each line item can be exported as separate columns.

In the Data Settings for order data, simply scroll down to the "Metafields" section, then enter the metafield namespace and key under the "Product Metafields" or "Product Variant Metafields" section:
