In the Data Settings, under Filters > Created, select the last option "Custom".

When you select this option, you'll be provided with two additional fields where you can specify the "Start date" and "End date":

This will filter orders from the beginning of the day of the "Start date" (i.e. from 00:00:00) until the end of the day of the "End date" (i.e. until 23:59:59).
