EZ Exporter doesn't have a dedicated export specifically for the Shopify Forms app that will export individual submission entries.

We can only export the Metafields data attached to the record.

For example, if you have a "Signup Form" that creates or updates customer records and you've added custom fields as Metafields, then we can export the Metafields as part of a Customer data export:
