In EZ Exporter, you can use the template "Product Variants with Duplicate SKUs" to export a list of SKUs assigned to more than one variant in Shopify.

The template groups the data by the Variant SKU field, does a count of all variants with that SKU, and then filters the rows to only export those where the variant count is greater than 1.

The report can be customized further as needed.
