In the Shopify Admin, the display value "Ready for pickup" under the "Fulfillment status" column is based on the following conditions on the backend:

• Fulfillment Status is Unfulfilled
• Delivery Method is Pickup in store
• Fulfillment Order Status is In progress

To only export these orders with the "Ready for pickup" status, you would configure the following filters in EZ Exporter:

• Filters > Fulfillment status: Unfulfilled
• Custom Filters (Data must match: all conditions)
  • Fulfillment Orders Status contains in_progress
  • Fulfillment Orders Delivery Method Types contains pick_up

On the "Templates" page, you can also use the template "Open Orders Ready for Pickup" which already has these filters configured and can be customized further.
