Maximum file size for email attachments is 24 MB.

The typical email attachment size limit across most popular email providers in is 20 - 25 MB per email (including the message body + all attachments combined). This has been the standard for many years because of technical constraints with email protocols and to prevent spam/abuse.

EZ Exporter will automatically zip the generated CSV/Excel file if the size exceeds 24MB and the export destination is set to "Email".  If the zipped file still exceeds 24MB, then an error will be returned that the file is too big to be sent via email.
