Why am I getting the error "The shop cannot accept the provided charge" when activating an app subscription for EZ Exporter?

If you're getting the error message "The shop cannot accept the provided charge." when you try to activate an app subscription, this is probably because your Shopify store is currently on the Development or Affiliate plan.

Shopify handles the app's billing directly and they will only allow subscriptions for paid apps to be activated for stores on a paid Shopify plan, such as the Shopify Basic plan.
