Yes, you can!

We have a dedicated export for the "Company" data type which allows you to export each company location as a separate row.  You can include the locaton name, external ID, billing and shipping address, order count and total sales per location, catalog titles, etc.

Company Location Metafields export is supported as well.

On the app's Templates page, there's also a template you can use called "All Company Locations (B2B)".
