We launched EZ Exporter in beta about three weeks ago and we've gotten some really great and useful feedback from our early users.

We've made a bunch of improvements to our app since then thanks to the feedback we've received and we just wanted to summarize all the changes we've made on this blog post as we wrap up the beta period.

Advanced Custom Filters

This is probably the biggest improvement we've made. It really provides our users the ability to generate very customized reports.

With the custom filters, you can select from many additional fields to filter and specify your own conditions for filtering them. You can also combine multiple filter conditions.

Product Metafields

We've added support to include your custom Product Metafields in the report. For example, if you also sell your products on Amazon, you may have a custom metafield for the Amazon ASIN.

Simply specify the metafield key from the Data Settings page and the label for it in the report and EZ Exporter will include it.

Additional Scheduling Options

Initially, we only had options for Hourly and Daily scheduling. Now, you can schedule your reports to be generated:

• Every 15 Minutes
• Every 30 Minutes
• Hourly
• Daily (you pick the time)
• Weekly (you pick the day of the week and time)
• Monthly (you pick the day of the month and time)

Additional Email Options

You can now send the email to multiple recipients and customize the email subject and message.

'Yesterday' Option in the Created Filter

This is different from the 'Since Yesterday' option and will only include orders created from the previous day.

Additional Data Fields

You can now select Tracking Numbers and Tracking Companies from the Fields section in the the Data Settings page. If an order has multiple fulfillments, the tracking numbers and companies will be combined in one cell in the report separated by a comma.

A Shortcut Link to EZ Exporter from the Orders Admin Page

In the Orders list page's top navigation bar, you will now see an option to open EZ Exporter.
